BOSCH---IMDB TV is developing a spinoff series with Harry Bosch teaming up with ex-nemesis Honey Chandler. Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers and Madison Linz are returning. Welliver said, “To say I am ecstatic is an understatement! To be given the opportunity to tell more Harry Bosch stories is a tremendous gift. The process of shooting Season 7 with the shadow of it being our final loomed heavily so when the idea was presented to continue with the possibility of a spinoff, without hesitation I said, ‘let’s go.’ To all of our BOSCH fans, thank [you] for your incredible support for all these years and I can promise you the ride will only get better!”  THE GRAY MAN---Billy Bob Thornton, Alfre Woodard and Rege-Jean Page will co-star with Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans in this movie based on the novel about an ex-CIA assassin who is targeted by an ex-colleague. PINOCCHIO---Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Cynthia Ervo and Lorraine Bracco have joined the voice cast of the Robert Zemeckis live-action/CGI remake of the classic Walt Disney animated movie. Tom Hanks and Luke Evans also star. JUMANJI 4---the latest sequel is in the early stages of development THE PLOUGHMAN---Robert Duvall, Garret Hedlund and Amy Madigan star in this Ed Harris movie based on the novel about a young deputy sheriff and an old murderer who become friends in jail. THE PEOPLE WE HATE AT THE WEDDING---Allison Janney, Annie Murphy and Ben Platt star in this comedy movie about a dysfunctional family that reunites for a wedding. GOLDEN GLOBES---this year's telecast drew only 6.9 million viewers which is 64% less than last year's telecast which had 18.3 million viewers. THE SIMPSONS---Fox renewed the series through Season 34. TRIVIA---French character actor Jacques Marin appeared in three movies which had key train scenes: CHARADE, DARLING LILI and THE TRAIN. In CHARADE, Marin played Inspector Edouard Grandpierre, who investigated the murder of the husband of Audrey Hepburn's character on a train. In DARLING LILI, Marin played Major Duvalle, who pursued German spies played by Julie Andrews and Jeremy Kemp, on a train as German fighter planes attacked the train to prevent them from escaping to Switzerland. In THE TRAIN, Marin played train station manager Jacques, who helped Burt Lancaster's character try to prevent a train carrying France's stolen national art masterpieces from being taken to Nazi Germany.
